Everything’s handled for you - furniture, utilities, cleaning, and maintenance. You just move in and live comfortably without the stress of managing bills or repairs.
Rent & Payments
What’s included in the rent?
All utilities (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi), monthly cleaning of shared areas, and ongoing maintenance.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid online through the PadSplit platform. You can even set up autopay to never miss a due date.
Are there extra fees?
A small move-in fee.
Rooms & Amenities
Are rooms furnished?
Yes! Each room includes a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and storage.
Do rooms have private bathrooms?
Some rooms do, others share with one or two housemates
Can I bring my own furniture?
Small personal items are fine, but large furniture isn’t allowed - we keep all homes styled and balanced.
What do I need to bring with me when I’m moving in?
Some properties may need you to bring your own linens. You will find the details on the booking page.
Lease Terms & Flexibility
What lease lengths do you offer?
Flexible stays — with 3 months minimum. Longer stays may qualify for rewards like a free week after six months.
Can I extend my stay?
Absolutely!
What if I need to move out early?
Yes, there may be a fee associated depending on your agreement.
Cleaning & Maintenance
How often is the home cleaned?
Common areas are professionally cleaned once per month. Tenants are expected to keep shared spaces tidy between cleanings.
Who handles maintenance?
We do! Submit requests through the support portal - most issues are fixed within 48 hours.
What’s the cleanliness policy?
Everyone is expected to leave common spaces clean for others.
